FAQ
1
When will my order ship?
Each piece of jewelry is made with intention by hand. While some items are in stock and ready to ship, some items are made to order. If the listing is marked "made-to-order" please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Once an order is ready to ship, you will be notified with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out and I will let you know if I can accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or contact Katie.
2
How do I determine my ring size?
I recommend visiting your local jeweler and having them take your measurement for the most accurate ring size.
3
Can I alter an existing piece?
If you are interested in customizing an existing item in a different metal color, different gold karat, different chain length, or alternate stone choice, or by adding engraving, please contact Katie for a quote.
4
What if I'd like to design a piece from scratch?
If you would like to create a bespoke piece of jewelry, please contact Katie. I primarily work in gold with diamonds and sapphires. While I am open to collaborating to create unique pieces, please keep in mind my brand's style and technique when considering whether I am the best artist for your piece.

What are Montana sapphires?
Montana Sapphires are an incredibly special and rare American-mined gem, located in just three locations throughout Montana. They come in a variety of colors, including blues, greens, oranges, and yellows, and have a rating of 9 on the Mohs hardness scale (only diamonds are harder), making them an excellent choice for jewelry meant to last.

I source all of my Montana sapphires from a trustworthy and ethical supply chain, and I love working with a material that is local to my state, American-mined, fair trade, durable, and, not to mention, beautiful!

What are Yogo sapphires?
Then you have Yogo Sapphires, which were discovered along Yogo Creek in the Little Belt Mountains of Montana. Most of these range in size from a grain of sand to the size of a pea. It is very rare that larger sized gems are found. With their rarity and cornflower blue color, they are an extremely valuable and special gem unique to the state of Montana.
